From the kitchen of: Abigail D’Angelo Ingredients » 1 lb ground beef » 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs » 1/2 cup grated parmesan » 1 egg » 1/2 cup beef broth » Canola oil Directions 1 . Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and egg . 2 . Add beef broth gradually until mixture is moist . 3 . Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with canola oil, oil measurements will vary depending on the size of the pan, heat the pan to medium heat . 4 . Form the mixture into medium sized balls, fry on all sides until there is a dark brown crust on the outside .
