Yellow Cockatiel lost in the Wanaka area. Her name is Bubble. There have been lots of sightings so I’m confident she is still in the area. With the recent cold snap she may have asked for help to get indoors, into the warm. If you have seen her or know anyone who has found her, or if you have found her please call me. She isn’t good with fingers but will happily get up on a stick. We miss her dearly and would very much appreciate having her home with her family. ANY INFORMATION, PLEASE CALL ALANA ON

If you visit on a Monday or Wednesday, you’re likely to ‘spot’ some special volunteers doing a very important job.
Meet Arlo and Hergé!

Sarah Veasey is Not Afraid of a Few Obstacles!
The Wanaka athlete has been selected to represent New Zealand at the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships, to be held in Costa Rica in August 2024.
This great honour comes with a lot of hard work and training, but unfortunately no funding.
But that’s no obstacle either, Sarah, her friends and workmates are embarking on a season of fundraising to ensure she gets to Costa Rica in top shape and ready to take on everything thrown at her!
Join us at an old-school Quiz Night at Ground Up Brewery on Thursday, 9 May.
Bring your pocket money for the giant raffle – we have some excellent prizes from some very generous sponsors.
Later in the year keep your eyes out for some other events, including a good-old sausage sizzle, and a movie night.
You can also donate to Sarah’s fundraising efforts at her Givealittle Page, where everyone who donates is in the draw to win some epic prizes as well!!
