Mark your calendars, once again
Dancing with the Locals is back on at the Lake Wanaka Centre for a night of rhythm and fun.
Each pair of performers, none of which are experienced dancers, have spent months practicing their routines with six couples performing three dances.
One of the dances has been choreographed by Kate Le Brun, a Salsa teacher here in Wanaka, and each team will perform two additional dances created by the teams themselves.
The performers are all dancing their hearts out for causes close
to our community’s soul and have generously donated $1000 towards their e orts. They will compete for the winning title and the people’s choice awards in order to raise even more money for their charity!
Proceeds are also going to Holy Family School to help resurface the courts, ensuring a safe and highquality playing surface for our school and community.
Tickets are now on sale through Humanitix. So gather a group together and join us for a fun night out lled with lots of laughs.

WANAKA LAKEFRONT LEGACY
Nestled amongst magnificent mature trees on the hilltop within 34 hectares of park-like grounds is the comfortable country-style home designed by Mason & Wales as a family retreat. Wake up to a chorus of native birdsong and be the first to receive the morning sunshine. The land, originally part of a large back-country station named Wanaka Station, held within the same family for over 100 years is truly remarkable. This rare opportunity has now arrived for another family to secure their legacy within this well-loved tourist destination and adventure playground. The future value of this property will surely dramatically increase due to the size of the land being so close to the township which is expanding rapidly making this the ideal investment. There is approximately 630 metres of lakefront land climbing to an elevation of 48 metres to where the home is located, providing magnificent uninterrupted views over Lake Wanaka, Ruby Island with the mighty Southern Alps in the distance. Please phone to discuss or to arrange a private viewing.
