Place in large pot, cover with water and boil about three minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse in cold water, set aside. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion, drain.

Add beans, tomato and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min. Spoon into peppers and place on an ungreased baking dish. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
