Frustration There was simply too much to learn, some stuff that sounded like Greek. So am not the “techy” type, far from it I only know how to do basic stuff, you know like right click! So you can imagine how much learning I had to do. The first few weeks were the hardest, I tried to study as much information as possible and expected to learn as fast as I read material or watched webinars. This did not work. I finally learned to grow at my pace and enjoy the journey and I began to see progress. when you take bite sizes, its easy to deal with information overload.

Keep showing up for your seld development and your business, and refuse to be discouraged, soon the clouds begin to clear

Everyone is selling stuff, once you begin to engage online you begin to be more aware of many schemes: You have seen these make money fast schemes; press here and you will get a million dollars etc. and is a waste of your valuable time. If you are looking for get rich quick schemes, this may just be the wrong business. This should not put you off as there are some legitimate opportunities on the digital economy, and you should still get your share.

Laptop lifestyle – myth My traditional mindset that is only accustomed to the tradition economy and the digital economy was in my mind a big scam, nothing good can come out from the internet. You can imagine the light bulb moment I had as I begun to understand the digital economy, the market the statistic and I was blown away. It is possible, it is real but it takes investment and hard work just like your physical business. I learned it is possible to live the laptop lifestyle

I don’t have my own product Becoming an entrepreneur does not always require you to have your own products; there are some great and amazing products and services available that you can begin to engage. Take a look at some ideas, find products that resonate with you and your objectives and dive in.

So much to do, where do I start Start with a mastermind, find mentors, a community that train and mentor entrepreneurs. Surrounding yourself with a mastermind team and people who understand the business is key. Someone who can give you encouragement as you go along.
