INTRODUCTION
Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent Staff Satisfaction Survey. We're thrilled with the feedback we've received. Overall, the scores were excellent, and we're proud of everyone’s contribution to achieving these results.
With an 89% response rate, we appreciate everyone's participation and encourage those who haven't yet to join in on the next survey, which we plan to conduct in about six months.
To reiterate, the surveys are 100% confidential. As such, there are some points and issues that we aren’t able to directly address. In these cases (for example salary issues), please chat with your line manager. If you’re not comfortable doing that, feel free to chat to any of the management team for assistance.
