We envision a fair future. Each day, we strive to make choices that better ourselves, our children, and our communities. We support local businesses, spend quality time with our kiddos, and experience new cultures every chance we get. In our work at Threads, we partner with women around the world, weaving together our varied strengths and skills. We invite women in the United States to start their own social impact businesses showcasing the handcrafted fair trade jewelry of our talented Artisan Partners in Guatemala, India, Uganda, and beyond. Together, we strengthen families and communities across continents. You are essential in shaping this fair future. You link our Artisan Partners with your community, creating the connections that make our vision possible. If we’ve learned one lesson, it’s that this future begins by acting now. If we wait until we’re “ready” or until life calms down, we could wait forever. Instead, we come as we are, do it afraid, and remind each other what we are working towards. We are the women of Threads Worldwide. And so are you. - Angela, Kara, and Lindsay Founders

Both of my grandmothers‌. They were both strong, tender-hearted women. They raised loving, independent children...and were capable of anything they set their minds to.
