The Next Revolution

REVOLUTIONISING THE FUTURE OF SENSOR TECHNOLOGY

|2

Omnitron Sensors is a San Francisco based technology startup developing a new manufacturing process that will unlock the next revolution in sensors.

OVERVIEW

The company has developed proprietary intellectual property to address a $18b market opportunity and allow the freedom to design in 3D not 2D as it is now. Our team includes experienced technology driven individuals from Google, GoogleX (Moonshot Factory), Tesla, the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Defense Systems Command, US Naval Research Lab and Intel. The company has developed important strategic partnerships with GM, UCLA Nanolabs, Ascent Robotics, Cepton Technologies, 500 Startups and CDL-Vancouver.

The Next Revolution

BIG PICTURE

MEMS

THE MOST IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGY YOU’VE NEVER HEARD OF.

EXAMPLES OF MEMS Custom Sensors:

Motion, pressure, acoustic, infrared, magnetic, radiation, resonators, chemical, gas, particles. Custom Actuators:

Motors switches, valves, pumps

Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) are tiny integrated devices made up of features that are one hundred times thinner than a human hair. They are the gears, levers, switches and joints of microscopic devices or micromachines. We believe that in order for the exponential technologies of tomorrow to be realised there needs to be a fundamental shift in the way that MEMS are manufactured and we believe we have the solution.

|6

The Next Revolution

By 2025, there will be 1 trillion sensors worldwide attached to 100 billion connected devices.

THE BIG OPPORTUNITY

These sensors will include; motion, pressure, acoustic, infrared, magnetic, radiation, resonators, chemical, gas and particles. Actuators include; motors, switches, valves, pumps 5G connectivity and AI technology will fuel much of this transformation. Autonomous cars, biometric screening, smart living spaces and AIenhanced workplaces will fundamentally change the way we live, work and play. We truly are on precipice of a new world, and the Trillion sensor economy will be at the centre of that new world.

|7

THE PROBLEM Today’s sensors are not good enough for tomorrow’s technology. Fragile Expensive

MEMS silicon process has been stagnant over the last 10yrs with no major innovations.

The Next Revolution

OMNITRON IP MEMS FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY

MANUFACTURING IP

Revolutionize how MEMS sensors can be produced and manufactured. The ability to BATCH produce 1000s of high precision optical assembly units at once, using known techniques rather than one at a time, which is the current process.

OMNITRON PLATFORM (CORE BLOCK)

SILICON PHOTONICS Showcase the advantages of these fabrication and assembly steps.

PRODUCT IP

Integrate our nature inspired IP to create a LiDAR product to showcase many of the demonstrable enhancements, that we believe will disrupt the whole sensor market.

LIDAR PRODUCT (FIRST REVENUE)

|11

The Next Revolution

10x+ in performance in MEMS by improving sensing capacitance per unit area. - 100:1 high aspect ratio vs 10:1 currently

TECHNOLOGY 2D v 3D Our manufacturing IP will give companies the ability to design MEMS in 3D vs 2D. As micro technology becomes more advanced, this new manufacturing process will become an invaluable part of the process.

Simplified and robust manufacturing

Reduced manufacturing cost and improved operational reliability - Scalable in process and assembly

Robust design to handle vibration, shock and temperature

In-plane isolation to have the drive sense isolated and true multi-axial control Pre-tilted offset for simpler system-level alignment and assembly |12

FIRST PRODUCT LiDAR Our first product will leverage our IP in a MEMS optical subsystem (mirror and integrated laser source in a package) to develop a LiDAR system for use in robotics applications.

LOW COST: Our IP will significantly drop the price of a LiDAR without compromising on performance. SIMPLE, RELIABLE AND ROBUST: Our product will be designed to meet AEC-Q100 standard, meaning it will easily be able to operate in the harsh environments of cars and drones. SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED CAPABILITIES: Achieved by true closedloop design via dynamic capacitance measurements, just like our eyes. COMPACT: Optical subsystem will be the size of a 2x2 lego block and our subsequent LiDAR products are estimated to be the size of a playing card deck.
