Housekeeping Service We are excited to have you! Below is the weekly housekeeping program. The housekeeping service includes a daily tidy service and a departure clean per seven-night stay. Optional: Mid-stay linen/full clean for an additional fee, please inquire with Concierge. The “tidy” service consists of: Garbage Removal Soiled Towel Replacement Turn Up of Bed Clean kitchen counters Sweep kitchen floors and mop when necessary Sweep lanai’s when necessary Touch up bathroom Vacuuming in living rooms and bedrooms Start the dishwasher, housekeeping will empty the next day or if you prefer it emptied will send a housekeeper to empty dishwasher once the cycle is completed Wash the dirty dishes in the sink and place in cabinets Replace coffee, sweeteners, and coffee creamers Replace dishwasher detergent Mid-stay linen/full clean occurs on the seventh day and includes the above plus complete change of linen, restocking bath amenities, full kitchen and bathroom clean, dusting and vacuuming. Should you require anything additional or have a specific service time request please don’t hesitate to contact Concierge. Service times are first come, first served and do have limited spots per block of time but we will do our best to accommodate all preferences.
