Webinar In addition to our usual online activities, we organize interactive webinars. At the Webinar we provide an online presentation in collaboration with you. Social Media TravelPro is very active on several Social media-channels. Mostly we use Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn to communicate with our readers and followers. We use these channels to spread our articles which are published on our website. We can also use our Social media-channels to communicate your message within the Dutch travel trade industry, by sending one or more messages with a certain frequency towards all of our followers to promote your brand or product. There is only a maximum amount of characters on Twitter (140). On every channel, a weblink and a picture can be included in the message. TravelPro App We proudly present our own free TravelPro app! Especially for visitors of travelpro.nl, we have developed this app for Apple, Android and Windows. The latest news from the travel industry, easier than ever for your smartphone or tablet. But it also allows you to comment on articles, read and share posts, watch our YouTube clips and even offers the possibility to share us on social media! We offer you the possibility to advertise a banner in our app, which location will be fixed on the bottom of the app. Mobile applications or ‘apps’ are becoming a very important part of sales and marketing activities nowadays. In order to achieve a higher number in bookings and therefor higher revenue, optimizing your workflow and efficiency is of very high importance. We offer you the possibility to develop you a mobile app, tailor-made for your company to make sure customers will have an optimized user experience and enable you to inform both prospects and customers about your products or destination in an interactive and dynamic way. Events An initiative of the travel trade magazine TravelPro is the organization of workshops. As an independent magazine, it is possible to create a stage for various parties with a common factor, to collectively provide the promotion. In addition, the organization by TravelPro immediately gives the space and possibility to promote such an initiative widely in several types of media, such as TravelPro magazine, website and social media. Of course there will also be an editorial afterwards. Importantly, the workshops will take place in a relaxed, attractive and inspiring setting, simply put: We do it right, or don’t do it at all. The workshops can be arranged several times a year and also being thematically. Target audience for this Dinner Workshops is travel-trading Netherlands. Location: The Dinner Workshops take place in a roadshow setting. By actively approaching agents and visits across the country, this leads to a higher percentage of visitors. The locations, restaurants and hotels with presentation possibilities, are selected by the number of potential travel agents in that region. Locations have a high quality standard and need to be ‘inspiring’ if possible. Setting at round tables is preferred. Numbers: Each evening there is room for up to 45 travel agents, total reach 180. Program: Travel Agents are welcomed with a drink followed by a1st brief introduction. Between the different courses there is always room for a short presentation of 15 to 20 minutes (reception / starter / presentation / main course / presentation / dessert / presentation / coffee / ending) Timetable: 18.30 - 22:00 (6.30 P.M. – 10.00 P.M). Participants remain at tables, each table has 1 ‘sponsor-seat, which sponsors are able to rotate to perform one-on-one conversations besides the presentation. Publications: Prior to the workshops, 2 x 1/1 page with info and a outcall for tenders. In addition, a personal digital newsletter will be sent to 7400 readers and 2 x 1/1 page in our webmagazine. After workshops 1/1 page editorial will be published for these events which also contains space for ‘sponsor-feedback’ and a digital newsletter as a summary. Organization: The entire organization is in the hands of TravelPro. Everything will be done in consultation with all participating tour operators. By sharing the costs and forces it is possible (even for smaller players in the market) to entertain up to 240 travel agents and resellers. With not competing partners, such as tourists’ office, car rental, airliners and tour operators creates a synergy and added value that visitors parties alone, cannot provide. The positive points for TravelPro are direct revenue, positive image building as well as the opportunities for cross-selling and editorial content. For the purpose of shrinking the human occupations in the various organizations, the outsourcing of the organization of such an event is also a very big plus.
