Chef Susy Massetti, one of Bahrain’s best-known chefs, is a passionate believer of sustainable cooking and has over the years become an inspiration to many in the Kingdom with her unique culinary methods and food lifestyle.
THE CONSULTANT
Chef Susy’s passion for food began in her early years as she tested her skills in the kitchen of her grandmother’s family restaurant back in Milan, Italy. In 1995, she decided to feed her growing curiosity and passion for different world cuisines and moved to be the personal chef of a Spanish tycoon. Travelling extensively, she was introduced to the rich flavours of the world, growing her interest and widening her culinary expertise.

F&B CONCEPT MENU DEVELOPMENT
Before we begin any process, we listen and understand what you visualize for your food concept. After detailed research, identifying the aim and target market, we then use the research framework to create and develop new concepts, menus, recipes and methods. We then move to ensure that the interpretation and final style is delivered to meet the target market’s appeal.
PHYSICAL & PRACTICAL SUPPORT
We provide a team or a pre-opening team that will be trained with a practical hand-on teaching sessions, who then can be hired full-time if desired. Our physical training and expertise will help during the developing the new kitchen rules, techniques and methods, during the implementation of a new concept, or during the opening of a new restaurant or outlet.
MAIN BACK-END SPECIALIST SERVICE
Recipe creation catering to a specific cuisine centric restaurant. Recipes created are designed to appeal to the target audience. Ensure that the end dish can be prepared meticulously by all kitchen staff (in terms of all-day dining services) A transparency in terms of costs per dish.
FRONT-END SPECIALIST SERVICE
An overall development of the concept experience which include menu, engineering, kitchen design as well as brand development. Ensuring a uniform design throughout the restaurant. Tableware selection (if required)
