RIBBON CUTTINGS
Whether you’re celebrating the launch of your business, a new location, or a significant anniversary, ribbon-cuttings are a great way to celebrate your achievement publicly. OFF THE CLOCK
Hosting an Off the Clock Networking event gives members an opportunity to network and socialize in a fun, relaxed atmosphere after the regular working day. The event is meant to be fun and is a great way for businesses to connect. As the host of an Off the Clock event, you get a valuable opportunity to showcase your business. The event is free to attendees, and we typically get 25-50 members. Off the Clock events are hosted on the fourth Thursday of every month. To host this event, you must be at the Basic level of membership or higher. This initiative is sponsored by Bill Estes Chevrolet GMC.
WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Women in Business is a bi-monthly initiative dedicated to providing personal and professional development opportunities to advance women in Boone County! This wonderful initiative unites women from throughout the community and beyond, and provides attendees with educational resources, inspiration, and empowerment to be the best version of themselves! This initiative is sponsored by Aspire Indiana Health.
EMERGING LEADERS
Participants will meet every month and explore a syllabus designed to cultivate and empower our next generation of leaders. Through a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship opportunities, and networking events, participants will gain the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to excel in their professional and civic roles. This initiative promises to foster a strong sense of community engagement and leadership growth, ensuring a brighter future for Boone County. This initiative is part of Boone County Leadership and is brought to you by the Boone County Chamber and Community Foundation of Boone County.
EXECUTIVE EXCHANGE
Executive Exchange is a purposeful guided monthly program for the C Suite / experienced executive suite designed to cultivate business, professional growth, and personal advancement in a small group setting of respect, trust, confidentiality, and commitment. 2025 ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET
(annual event in March) The Chamber annually celebrates our members and the impact they have had on our community, as well as other community groups handing out prestigious awards. This event includes dinner, a silent auction, and other festivities. This event is presented by Lilly.
2025 ANNUAL GOLF OUTING
(annual event in June) One of our most sought after events of the year, our Annual Golf Outing is a gathering of businesses and individuals from across the county for a round of 18 at the historic Ulen Country Club. Start the day off with a shotgun start after a boxed lunch, and end the day with dinner and drinks during awards. Hole sponsors and vendors keep the day fun. This event is presented by The Farmer’s Bank.
2025 BOONE COUNTY JOB FAIRS PLUS
(first annual event in September) This brand new event for the Boone County Chamber brings together the spirit of diversity and inclusion in our community with a job and resource fair dedicated to connecting employers with community individuals looking to find their ideal fit in the workplace. This event is presented by Lilly.
2025 BOONE COUNTY BITES
(annual event in the fall) Our first annual event was such a rousing success in 2024 we had to bring it back. This event brings together all of the amazing culinary minds of Boone County for a tasting and sampling event like no other. You won’t want to miss it, complete with live music, a cash bar, and fun giveaways from all of the vendors. This event is presented by Ideal Food Group.

(annual event in November) This event is another highly sought after event, where we gather together over a delicious breakfast and networking while hearing from a keynote speaker and learning about all of the exciting things the Chamber has in store for the new year.
