LOCAL EVENTS IN CARMEL Numerous events and festivals are held in Carmel each year. Some of the highlights include the following.
ART OF WINE Saturdays in July from 5 - 10 p.m. A treat for your senses. Enjoy a summer evening experiencing vintages al fresco at Art of Wine. Guests 21 years of age and older can enjoy a variety of wines while also taking in the Arts & Design District’s galleries, shops and restaurants. Live entertainment enhances this event, which is a favorite of many.
ARTOMOBILIA August The art of the automobile is on display in Carmel’s Arts & Design District during Artomobilia. Cars from all eras line the streets and galleries exhibit art with an auto theme. For more information, visit CarmelArtomobilia.com.
CARMEL PORCHFEST September PorchFest is a family-friendly event that is free and open to the public. Featured will be a variety of musical acts ranging from acoustic to electric, solo to ensemble from a wide variety of musical genres that will perform live on neighborhood porches. CARMEL FARMER’S MARKET aturday mornings from 8 - 11:30 a.m., S May through the end of September at 5 Center Green, Carmel IN 46032 The Carmel Farmers Market (CFM) is one of the largest farmers markets in Indiana. Featuring 64 vendors of Indiana grown and/or produced edible products and plants, this market is attended by nearly 80,000 visitors each summer. When you shop at the Summer Market you can pick from an array of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, poultry, and meats. Come visit the Market for breakfast or lunch, while listening to live music from the Carmel Rotary Amphitheater.
CARMEL FARMER’S WINTER MARKET Saturday mornings from October - March T he Market will not be open the last two Saturdays of December. This event is free and open to the public. The Winter Carmel Farmers Market, like the Summer Market, is an exciting and bountiful place to buy your fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, eggs, plants, and prepared foods.

CARMEL INTERNATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL eld annually in September on Main H Street, Carmel Arts & Design District The International Arts Festival held in September features a juried art exhibit of artists from around the world. Visitors of all ages also can enjoy concerts, dance performances and hands-on activities for children. CHRISTKINDLMARKT Mid-November to late December T he Carmel Christkindlmarkt is bringing the charm of a long standing European tradition to the heart of Carmel, Indiana. One of the earliest of these markets was the 16th century Christkindlmarkt in Nuremberg, Germany and the wonderful tradition has now spread worldwide. Guests will experience one of a kind, high quality, handmade gifts, Germanic inspired food, drink and ice skating.
