Tomorrowland’s own Mesa Restaurant is popping up on the Holy Grounds once again, this year at a new location overlooking the Mainstage. Mesa has invited Ghent-based chefs Eric Ivanidis and Marcelo Ballardin from Door73 to set up a culinary wonderland that will mix magic and taste like no other. With impressive views of the Mainstage, its foodsharing concept and elaborate cocktail menu will take you on a journey of flavours around the globe. From fusion cuisine that blends diverse culinary traditions to artistic presentations that are a feast to the eye, every dish is a work of edible art, whether you opt for a regular menu or the deluxe formula. The unique blend of music, food and views means this where strangers become friends over shared meals.

The word “baan” means home in Thai. When people want to know about our each other stories, they want to know about it; indeed, home is where the heart is. And no one knows that better than Chef Ton, the award-winning chef of Asia’s Best Restaurant 2023, ‘Le Du’ in Bangkok. Ton is the executive chef and owner of this 1 Michelin star, progressive Thai restaurant, and also runs ‘Baan’ as well as other venues. The culinary king of Asia developed a passion for cooking after growing up on his mother’s and grandmother’s delicious home-cooked meals, and locked that inspiration in his heart forever. At his Streetfood stand, you can get a delicious taste of hime!
