BIG BROTHER
More and more these days I see what people mean about big brother watching. Growing up I always thought that my parents and family would be able to be there to look out after me since I have a disability. I’ve lost more family over the years because of natural causes and other things. I’ve never been able to hold down a nine to five job so I get money from the state. As well as money from my pops social security this isn’t very much. The rest is money from the state to live on which is peanuts anyway. I have a health care company that supplies me with twenty four hour care year around. Since I’ve had to change staff frequently and have had so many different people the amount of paper work has changed for my caregivers. A few of them bitch about every now again which is nothing I can do about but lately this kind of thing has been getting on my nerves. Sometimes I get the feeling that if they had to and if I gave them half a chance they would tell me when to blow my nose and when to burp. They almost got everything in my life labeled and written down in a book. So now I know how it feels to have big brother looking over your shoulder. I’m not talking about the dumb T.V. show where you live in a house where it’s wired with 300 cameras. Where people sit at home every night so the people at home can watch everything you do including the bathroom. At least the facilities are put behind a small door but you still have to wear a microphone 24/7. All of this just so people can win a half million bucks. It’s amazing to see what people will go through for the possibility to win a lot of money. They let themselves be used as lab rats for the entertainment of others. I’m glad I don’t have T.V. cameras watching me 24/7 but sometimes I feel just as weird. I have so many people running out of the house so often but I guess it could be worse. I’m glad I don’t have the CBS television network watching me even though it feels just as weird. Every time I start to bitch the boss in charge of the company says they do it all because of health and safety. Sometimes that answer gets a little thin if you ask me. Thanks for letting me blow off steam. I just had to get that off my chest. I hope most of you enjoy the articles I come up with from the little gray cells between my ears.
