I hope this email finds you well and excited for the upcoming Labor Day Weekend! We have an outstanding weekend of events and activities planned, make sure to check the Labor Day Weekend calendar in the following pages; it’s going to be a BLAST! I want to thank you all for the phone calls and emails I received in regards to the green on Tower #13. If at any time you see some activity that seems out of place, please let me know. Unfortunately we have not been able to find a culprit who is responsible for this vandalism but please be vigilant and help us make sure this doesn’t happen again! On a positive note, I could not be more proud of the urgency with which our Agronomy team tackled this unexpected project and were able to get the green back in a condition where it can be played and will recover quickly, great job guys! You will continue to see more moisture, rolling and topdressing of this green until we have grown through the damage but we are well on the way to recovery! Here are a couple “after” pictures for your enjoyment!
Twitter As we approach the end of summer and move into the fall season, we wanted to give you a “heads up” on what you can expect as it pertains to winter closings and hours:

Lastly, due to a slower than expected turnout, we have changed the ASU vs. U of A vs. Other Golf Tournament to a tee time event starting at 12:00 PM and the field is now limited to 24 players. On the positive side, it has opened up a good amount of tee times on the Tower course for regular play, so if you are looking for a tee time, jump on and book one now! See you this weekend!
