Tour Partner Group Nordics is one of the leading incoming tour operators in Denmark, specialising in the Nordic & Baltic destinations. Our clients are based throughout Europe, APAC and LATAM. At our Copenhagen office, we are currently looking for a student administration assistant across our administration, contracting and accounting team.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT STUDENT POSITION What will you be doing?   

Loading suppliers prices in our booking system.

Editing and updating contact information, news and other essential information from our suppliers.

Assisting in various tasks to our administration, contracting and accounting team, especially during peak season.

What you should be pretty good at?    

Good computer skills.

Great attention to details.

Interest and skills with numbers.

Good written and spoken English, which you will develop even more with us.

Who are you?    

You are able to manage different tasks at the same time.

You are independent in your work, but at the same time are able to brief your manager and team about the progress of your tasks.

You are structured, efficient and have a good overview of your tasks.

You have humor, like having a laugh and an interest in different cultures
