For our Copenhagen based office, we are currently seeking a hotel & product professional to assume the position of Contracts Manager for the Nordic destinations.

CONTRACTS MANAGER
About the position: As part of the Inventory and Purchase Department, you will take on different tasks related to contracting: ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ ⚫
Maintain constant communication with suppliers. Review contracts (rates, terms and conditions, etc.). Create reports to management and key operations about supplier’s usage, trends, pricing overview, etc. Load and check prices into our booking system. Other tasks and projects that will contribute to the development of the company. Essential requirements:

Experience as Operations Manager in an inbound travel company with focus on Scandinavia, Iceland and/or Finland. Experience in developing and contracting products such as activities, restaurants, visitor attractions and transport in the mentioned regions. Excellent computer literacy – especially proficiency in Excel is expected. A high degree of numeracy, literacy and commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
About you: You have high level of written and spoken English and preferably speak a Nordic language. You are able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines for multiple projects. You are independent in your work, but at the same time are able to brief your manager and team about the progress of your tasks. You are structured, efficient and have a good overview of your tasks. You are always looking for ways to improve processes and plan ahead, but at the same time you understand that unplanned situations will emerge in your everyday work. Good teamwork and great problem solving skills are key.

Salary is according to qualifications, including pension and health insurance. There will be overtime, especially during our high season, May 1 – August 31. Overtime is compensated as free time.
