ITINERARY
DUBLIN: Capital of the Republic of Ireland, Dublin is a cosmopolitan city that visitors appreciate for its multiculturalism and dynamism. It conceals free museums, such as the National Museum of Dublin or the National Gallery of Ireland, castles and parks like Stephen's Green. However, many associate this city with the legendary Guinness brewery, which has become a strong symbol in Ireland. The roots of the city were planted by the Vikings, then grew under the Anglo-Norman influence, whose castle is still standing and almost intact.
Day 1
Arrival at Dublin Airport. Welcome by your English-speaking guide. Bus transfer to your hotel. Check-in at the hotel for 2 nights. Dinner at leisure.
Overnight in one of the Staycity aparthotels in Dublin city centre.
Examples: Staycity Dublin Tivoli, Staycity Mark Street or similar
Day 2
Continental breakfast.
Half-day coach and English-speaking guide for the visit of Dublin (9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm).
Panoramic tour of Dublin that will allow you to get a first picture of the Irish capital. The city of Dublin was founded over a thousand years ago. It owes its fine public buildings, wide streets and elegant squares to the 18th century, the capital's golden age.
The North Bank is considered more popular, with its large civil monuments such as the Great Post Office in the heart of O'Connell Street or the Palace of Justice and the Old Customs Houses along the river and then ending with Phoenix Park, the largest park city of Europe. The South Bank is more refined around the Georgian squares with multi-coloured doors, Grafton Street and its luxury stores. This part of town is also bustling with students from Trinity College, Ireland's oldest university.
Visit The Guinness Storehouse. All great stories start somewhere and this one begins in 1759 with Arthur Guinness opening a brewery at St James's Gate. It is his story and heritage of brewing in the footsteps of Arthur that we will make you discover. But the highlight of the visit is always tasting a Guinness in the Gravity Bar on the 7th floor, which has large windows from which the group can enjoy a very beautiful view of the city.
Free time for lunch and afternoon free at leisure.
