YOUTH RUNNING PROGRAM Age: 12 to 15 years Location: AFLC This community based running club is for youth who want to learn new skills and have fun running with others. This is a non-competitive program. All fitness levels are welcome. Simply do your best and compete against your own time. Learn to build endurance, practice proper running form, pacing, injury prevention and nutrition. Each week we will meet at the back of the AFLC in the parking lot; we will be running on trails at Lambert Willson Park. DAY M/W
