YOUTH PROGRAMS KIDS GREAT MINDS – PYTHON PROGRAMMING ONLINE Age: 12 to 15 years Location: Participants will gain the necessary knowledge to work with programming and logical statements to create their own software. By the end of the program, participants will have gained the necessary skills to understand loops, variables, input/out, conditional statements and the basics of Python’s programming language. Required: a computer (Mac or PC), microphone and speakers. DAY Sun

First they will be the Designer: creating the app UI (user interface). Then the Coder: programming unique, amazing, and powerful apps that can be tested in real time on your mobile device. YOUTH RUNNING PROGRAM Age: 12 to 15 years Location: AFLC This community based running club is for youth who want to learn new skills and have fun running with others. This is a non-competitive program. All fitness levels are welcome. Simply do your best and compete against your own time. Learn to build endurance, practice proper running form, pacing, injury prevention and nutrition. Each week we will meet at the back of the AFLC in the parking lot; we will be running on trails at Lambert Willson Park. DAY M/W
