DANVILLE COMM U NIT Y CENTER 420 Front Street

The 7,200 square-foot Community Center is popular for weddings, parties, corporate events and other special events. The facility’s Valley Oak Room has 2,380 sq. ft, hardwood floors, and doors that open onto the patio and a one-acre Town Green with bandstand. Larger gatherings can be accommodated by opening the doors to the adjacent 475 square-foot Las Trampas Room. The two rooms combined can accommodate 180 people for dining or 250 assembly-style. The building also has a 280 sq. ft. catering kitchen, a lounge, and a small arts and craft room which accommodates 12 people. CAPACITY

One of northern California’s greatest assets is its suitable weather which allows for an outdoor wedding almost any time of year. And for just such an occasion, the Gazebo and the Meadow at Hap Magee Ranch Park offer the perfect spot to hold your special event. Set between the rolling foothills of Danville and Alamo, the 17-acre park remains separated from the surrounding residential area by mature oaks, pines and sycamore trees. The facility has three ranch-style homes which can be reserved for various events such as weddings, parties, birthdays and corporate meetings. OAK HILL PARK COMM U NIT Y CENTER 3005 Stone Valley Road

Oak Hill Park Community Center is a 6,400 sq. ft. facility which is popular for weddings, parties, and corporate events. The facility is available year-round and features a large ballroom with a deck overlooking the pond, a commercial catering kitchen, and meeting rooms. The meeting rooms can be configured to accommodate small, medium or large groups. An outdoor gazebo provides a perfect location for a private gathering with plenty of parking available. CAPACITY

TOWN MEETING HALL 201 Front Street

The Town Meeting Hall is the site of Danville Town Council and Town Commission meetings. It is an ideal location for weddings, parties, meetings, and other indoor gatherings. Located next to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, public parking is just steps away. The main hall measures 40 x 30 ft. and can accommodate approximately 90 guests assembly-style or 70 for dining. A kitchen and smaller meeting room are also available. ROOM

VILL AGE THE ATRE AND ART GALLERY 233 Front Street

Built in 1873 for use as a farmer’s lodge, the Village Theatre has been used as a Grange Hall, movie theatre, and church. Recognized as a historic site by the Heritage Resource Commission, the Village Theatre now serves as a performing arts theatre with a fine arts gallery located in the lobby area. Seating capacity in the theatre is 245 and includes a stage, dressing rooms, and light and sound systems. In 2009, the Village Theatre was renovated and the lobby expanded to include an art gallery which hosts quality art exhibits and receptions. ROOM

TOWN PARKS Whether it’s a small family picnic, end of sport season celebration, or a large corporate picnic, the Town of Danville has several options for Group Picnic Rentals. Five parks in Town offer group picnic areas for your special occasion, and each site offers a variety of park amenities. Sycamore Valley Park boasts 4 bocce courts while Hap Magee Ranch Park, Oak Hill Park and Diablo Vista offer sand volleyball courts. Osage provides the largest number of tables and the most shade for those hot summer afternoons! All of our parks have state of the art playgrounds for children.

RENTAL INFORMATION • Reservations are confirmed after deposit has been made and you have received a reservation confirmation. • All applications are tentative until a reservation permit is issued. • If a reservation is not made 90 days in advance, full payment is due and payable to the Town of Danville at issuance of a reservation permit. • Deposit is due at time of booking. • Deposit is NOT applied toward rental fees, but is fully refundable pending no damages/overtime. • Payment must accompany applications • For weddings/large parties, rental of the Valley Oak Room must include the Las Trampas Room. • Any catered events must include the kitchen.
