FY 2021 TOWN TAX RATE The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) portion of the Town's tax rate pays for daily operations of the Town such as personnel, supplies, and maintenance costs. The Debt Service (I&S) portion of the tax rate pays for the Town's obligation for debt that has been issued for infrastructure improvements.
