BEAVER DAM COMMERCE PARK ALLIANT ENERGY GROWTH SITE

Alliant Energy serves thousands of large industrial customers and has developed Alliant Energy Growth Sites that are large areas and are served by Alliant Energy electric and/or natural gas and are development ready. One of the largest available business properties in Wisconsin, the Beaver Dam Commerce park totals 520 contiguous acres adjacent to the four-lane Highway 151. It is centrally located, allowing one day hauls from destinations, such as Twin Cities, Des Moines, Indianapolis and Detroit.

The origins of Breuer Metal Craftsmen are rooted in Germany and France during the early 1900s. They have called Beaver Dam home since the 1940s and are now transitioning to that rare 4th generation of family ownership. Their stairs, railings and miscellaneous metals are designed and fabricated by the area’s most talented and experienced metalworkers.
