A. NMT is a hands on soft tissue manual therapy. It can be untilised to improve muscular aches & pains, sports injuries, repetitive strain issues, postural problems and more.

Q. What are the most common issues that we deal with?

A. The most common issues we deal with are back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries of all types, knee pain and movement and postural issues.

A. Yes, we do! We cater for the relaxation side of hands on therapy. This is our most popular option for hotel guests staying in The Brandon Hotel, where we are based.
