VISC202 Project 2: Modular Font Design - Scaffold

Project Overview
For this project, we explored using a grid and modular system to construct letterforms. My biggest trouble in working with this system was recreating modules on the grid paper that weren’t really there. I didn’t know if that was against the rules at first, but once we moved to the computer things went much smoother.

Final Thoughts
I excluded the final Behance post because the sizing is so crazy. I felt like this project was paced well and felt like I followed along for the most part. I feel like my font was a little bit safe, but my more out there module ideas were near impossible to incorporate into an entire alphabet.
