Greek turkey skewer Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Flavour Souvlaki (7034075) • (Optional) 20 g/kg of Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 kg of turkey fillet • 2 aubergines • 150 g/kg of stoned green olives Preparation 1. Skin the turkey fillet and dice it 2. Add the Dry Flavour Souvlaki and the Herb Oil and mix it all up 3. Cut the aubergines into similar-sized pieces as the turkey fillet 4. Alternately, skewer the ingredients until you have reached the desired weight
Thai chicken and mango skewer Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Indian Curry (7038738) • 1 kg of chicken breast • 3 mangos Preparation 1. Dice the chicken breast 2. Peel the mango and dice 3. Marinate the chicken with the Dry Glaze Indian Curry 4. Alternately, skewer the chicken and the mango
Turkey steak with feta cheese Ingredients • 70 g/kg of Degens Marinade Greek Gyros (7041256) • 1 kg of turkey fillet • 200 g/kg of feta cheese • 200 g/kg of bell pepper, diced, in 3 colours Preparation 1. Make an incision in the turkey fillet (cordon bleu slit) 2. Stuff the strips with a mix of feta and bell pepper 3. Secure with a cocktail stick 4. Rub the Marinade Greek Gyros into the meat

BBQ recipes with beef Spanish skewer Ingredients • 70 g/kg Degens Marinade Spanish (7041209) • 400 g/kg of frozen jumbo shrimps • 400 g/kg of sirloin • 2 green bell peppers • Red onion Preparation 1. Put the shrimps in a tray, cover and allow to defrost 2. Dice the meat evenly. Marinate the meat with the Marinade Spanish 3. Cut the bell peppers in half and clean them. Rinse them, dry them off and cut into similar-sized pieces as the meat 4. Do the same with the onion 5. Dry the shrimps and peel them, just until the tail 6. Alternately, skewer the meat, shrimp, onion and bell pepper

American beef kebabs Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Pepper (7040795) • 20 g/kg of Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 steak Preparation 1. Cut the steak into thin strips 2. Marinade with Dry Glaze Pepper and the Herb Oil 3. Skewer the meat into a beautiful kebab
Caribbean sate Ingredients • 150-200 g/kg of Degens Marinade Caribbean (7029719) • diced beef • green bell peppers • pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned) Preparation 1. Put the beef in a bowl and mix in the marinade 2. Leave to marinade in the fridge for about 4 hours 3. Dice the green bell pepper 4. Alternately, skewer the meat, bell pepper and pineapple until you have reached the desired weight
Oriental beef skewer Ingredients • 120 g/kg of Degens Soy Sauce with Honey (7044193) • 1 kg of tender beef • 3 bundles of spring onions • 1 aubergine Preparation 1. Cut the beef into cubes 2. BBQ recipes with pork Traditional satay Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Satay (7033338) • 20 g/kg Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 kg of pork fricandeau/joint • Sweet onions and red onions Preparation 1. Dice the pork fricandeau/joint into pieces of 1.5 by 1.5 cm 2. Marinate the meat with the Dry Glaze Satay 3. Add a little Herb Oil (approx. 2%) when mixing, if necessary 4. Dice the onion 5. Alternately, skewer the meat and onion 6. Present the skewers on a pretty dish and garnish with fresh herbs

Barbecued saltimbocca Ingredients • 50-70 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Bistro (7034696) • 8 thin pork chops • 8 strips of smoked bacon • Parmesan cheese, grated • Leaves Sage Preparation 1. Put the pork chops on the board 2. Put a strip of smoked bacon on top and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and a leaf off sage 3. Fold over and skewer 4. Marinade with the Dry Glaze Bistro

BBQ recepten met gehaktproducten Kid’s brochette Ingredients • 55 g/kg of Degens Premium Vekamix (7036481) • 15-25 g/kg of Degens Taste Sensation Cheese (7035001) • Degens Breadcrumb Mix Yellow Fantasy (7045072) • 1 kg of mixed mince • Smoked bacon, sliced Preparation 1. Mix the mince with the Premium Vekamix and the Taste Sensation Cheese 2. Make balls of about 30 g 3. Wrap the balls in the smoked bacon, but leave the top and bottom open 4. Cover the top and bottom in the Breadcrumb Mix Yellow Fantasy 5. Use the balls to prepare a brochette. Brochette with spicy sausage and Spanish peppers Ingredients • 15-25 g/kg of Degens Premium Mince/Sausage Mix (7036411) • 25 g/kg of Degens Taste Sensation Piri-piri (7035007) • 1 kg of mixed mince • Mozzarella • Spanish peppers, in oil Preparation 1. Mix the mince with the Premium Mince/Sausage Mix and the Taste Sensation Piri-piri 2. Prepare small sausages with the dough 3. Drain the Spanish peppers 4. Stuff the peppers with the diced Mozzarella 5. Skewer the stuffed peppers and sausages
Merguez burgers Ingredients • 100 g/kg of Degens Merguezes Paste Tunis (7030358) • Degens Breadcrumb Mix Gipsy (7045071) • 2/3 of lamb • 1/3 of fatty pork Preparation 1.
