The Problem: Create detail drawings of all the bowling ally millwork from the basic architectural drawings

The Solution: Be able to hand my documents to the carpenters and have them build beautiful furniture for a high end bowling ally / bar

Green roofs insulate the buildings while providing a communal space.

Reclaimed water off of the roofs goes into bio sand filtration tank for later use as potable water.

Large overhangs and solar shading devices cover the windows and balconies from excessive heat gain.

The Problem: Create a 3D model using Rhinoceros 3D of a complex building using self taken measurements and pictures. Autodesk AutoCAD

The Solution: Build a model that shows the com complexity and detail of the actual building. This model took ove over 80 hours of just modeling time.

Creating Light

Digital Fabrication: 2011 Location: Orlando, FL

The Lamp: Our goal for the first digital fabrication project was to design a lamp in Rhinoceros 3D and introduce the class to the new laser cutter. CorelDRAW

Rhinoceros 3D

The Problem: Learn the process of creating a digital model, run scripts to piece the model together, and then to flatten it to send to the laser cutter. Autodesk AutoCAD

The Solution: Create a lamp that can be made cheap and efficiently. The lamp is simple to assemble and was designed to be adjustable to fit the wants of the user along with the color for their likeness.

The Solution: Create a twin high rise that react to each other along with the history and culture of the city. The shorter tower (tower 2) is the residential tower and the taller tower (tower 1) is the office and hotel tower. The base is parking and the high end offices. All of these are based off of the program and square footage requirements.
