Ingredients 4 Tbsp. salted butter ¾ cup orange juice, divided 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced 2 Tbsp. white wine ¼ tsp. kosher salt ⅛ tsp. cracked black pepper 1 Tbsp. cornstarch ½ tsp. white vinegar 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions 1. In the 2 Cup Micro Pitcher, stir together butter, ½ cup of the orange juice, garlic, wine, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Microwave on high power 45 seconds. 2. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave on high power an additional 45 seconds. 3. Remove from microwave and stir in remaining orange juice, vinegar and parsley.
