Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients 3 chicken breasts 1 tsp. sesame oil ½ yellow onion, chopped 1-inch piece fresh ginger 6 garlic cloves ¾ cup hoisin sauce 5 Tbsp. soy or tamari sauce 1 tsp. sweet chili sauce 1 head iceberg or Bibb lettuce 1 cup cashews, chopped

1. Place chicken in SmartSteamer base. Place Colander Tray on top and cover. Fill water tray with 1¾ cups water. Place SmartSteamer base over water tray, cover and microwave on high power 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Chop the chicken breasts into small chunks. Set aside. 2. In frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. 3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment. Add the mixture to the pan and cook 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. 4. Add the chicken, cashews, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce. 5. Stir and cook until heated through. 6. Serve immediately with lettuce, allowing everyone to assemble the lettuce wraps themselves.

Ingredients 1 head cauliflower ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt Zest of 1 lime 1 Tbsp. lime juice ½ cup cilantro, chopped 1 ripe avocado, cut into bite size pieces

Directions 1. Cut cauliflower florets off of stem. 2. Assemble Grate Master Shredder with coarse grater cone and place medium bowl underneath. 3. Place cauliflower florets 1–2 at a time into hopper. Press down gently with plunger and turn crank to grate cauliflower. Repeat with remaining cauliflower until all is grated. 4. Fill water tray of SmartSteamer with 1¾-cup water. Place

SmartSteamer Tray over base. 5. Add grated cauliflower to SmartSteamer Tray, cover, and microwave on high for 8 minutes. 6. Toss steamed cauliflower with remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
