ADMIRE™’s main target audience is HR departments, managers, and CEO’s of medium to large (more than a thousand employees) organizations. We are based in the Greater Toronto Area, but can service companies worldwide. Our ideal client is a company or organization that does not have a rewards or recognition program in place, or is looking for something that will work better with their business goals. The management, HR leaders, and hopefully as far up as the CEO and owner appreciate the value of their employees’ motivation as essential to their business growth and success. They understand the value and necessity of the consulting stages as the key to determining the best solution for their company, taking into consideration their business model, corporate values, employees and management, and budget. Our clients want to do it right the first time and feel following our ADMIRE™ model is the best way to ensure that. Although undoubtedly professional, we believe rewards and recognition should be fun and enjoyable. Our clients have the same outlook, hoping for an overall positive change in their workplace culture. ADMIRE™ has its own proprietary consulting model, The Strengths-Based ADMIRE™ Model of Employee Recognition, that allows us to determine and provide the best recognition solution to fit a company’s individual needs. ADMIRE™ is not a one-size-fits-all, instant solution. We realize that every company and organization is unique, having different values, needs, and goals. Our in-depth consulting works with our clients to reach their intended goal(s) which is typically to align their recognition solution with core values and goals to enhance success. Once we’ve determined the best methods, we then offer flexible, customized reward and recognition solutions. ADMIRE™ is hands-on. We believe the only way we can truly find a solution that fits is to get to know each company. We come in personally and work with the entire company to assess company values, create clear goals and determine how best to motivate the whole workplace, from the bottom to the top. Our dedicated customer service team will then design, implement and monitor the recommended recognition program to measure success and continue the growth.

ADMIRE™’s logo is many times the first impressions clients have of us. It is the visual embodiment of everything written in this document. It should always be used on any form of communication and in every element of our marketing, including social media. It should never be edited or changed outside of the variations available.

We inspire success. Not just an idle statement, our tagline embodies what we strive for with every client and for every client. Whether combined with our logo or on its own, our tagline is a key element in our brand and should be used whenever possible. If written in plain text or as part of a sentence, it should be italicized to stand out. In order to stand out, our brand needs space. Always keep a minimum amount of space between our logo and any other elements in a design. Use the “E” from the logo as a reference to help ensure the spacing is proportional.

our icon.

ADMIRE™’s icon acts as our stamp and should be used in cases where we want to provide an iconic representation of the brand. The icon can be used alone to represent the brand, but is always part of the overall logo. It should never be edited or changed outside of the variations available.

Don’t place icon too close to the logo. Only use brand colors. If using transparency, only use the watermark icon; any opacity is acceptable.

Always use the full model with the arrows included when printing the ADMIRE™ model. It can be printed in full color (CMYK), grey scale or in the lighter version if a less vibrant rendition is desired. When displaying the model online, the lighter version would be used (RGB) in order to designate the steps as unselected. This allows for full color hover and full color stationary when selected.

A brand is everything from a company philosophy to the visuals and style. There are certain elements that are key to communicate our brand effectively. These elements should always be shown or written the same to keep our brand integrity.

ADMIRE™’s logo and icon are many times the first impressions clients have of us. They are the visual embodiment of everything written in this document. ADMIRE™ is more than just a name; it is our unique consulting model and what we base our philosophy on. Our name is always visible in our full logo and should be used on any communication we put out. It should always be written in all capital letters to emphasize its acronym roots. In standard text, we should ensure there is a ™ symbol attached to it. In designs or when being used in marketing materials as a headline, the ™ should be there but may be significantly smaller than normal.

communicating to our potential clients.

When communicating to potential clients, we should focus on clearly pitching both the benefits and the process of working with ADMIRE™. Avoid using the vague term ‘consulting’ without expanding upon its purpose or our ADMIRE™ model. We need to ensure to relay the value of planning and consulting prior to implementing a program; that is where our main strength lies. We should explain the steps in our ADMIRE™ model, making sure to detail what each step generally entails and why it is important. Be careful to not give too much information as to overload the client, but enough to help them understand how our process. When discussing the technology we utilize, we should not position the Power2Motivate product directly to the client, but incorporate the features available as elements available through our programs/solutions. Prospective clients do not need to know all the details at this point as we will first be doing the consulting to determine what would be best for their business model.

We should reiterate the benefits of having ADMIRE™ in an ongoing relationship, including the importance of regularly evaluating the program and our extensive training and support. Once we have sold the client on our services, we can discuss specific costs and options, whether those be set service package costs or individual services, based on their needs and interest. We should package the ADMIRE™ services first and foremost, with the additional costs of the program(s) as a range based on what is determined in the consulting phases.
