Who are we? Winegrowers from father to son since 1620, Paul Humbrecht was the first to settle in Pfaffenheim, thus becoming the first in the village to bottle his wines on the property. His son Gustave carried on the family tradition, always maintaining the domain's lead the way his father had done before him. This is how he managed to win customers on the Champs Elysées in Paris, like Guerlain among many others. Pierre-Paul took over the family business in 1979, constantly pursuing his parents' work. He thus decided to officialize his work in organic farming in 1998 and in 1999 he converted to biodynamic agriculture. Today, Marc has just taken over the family tradition and his ambition is to offer you the rewards of his ancestors' work by taking you on a journey full of true, original sensory experiences respectful of life and nature! “The time is not important, life is precious. Enjoy every moment of your life with love and happiness. Have a wonderful tasting!” Marc Humbrecht.

Who are we? Maison Jean Loron specializes in the wines of the Beaujolais and Mâconnais appellations, and is on the border of the two regions. By using the name of Jean Loron, an 18th-century winemaker from Chenas and patriarch of the Maison, the company shows its pride in its origins and its profound attachment to its native terroir. This family-run business owns the domaines of Château de Bellevue and Château de Mirande. Château de Bellevue is a 19th-century estate overlooking the village of Villié Morgon in the heart of the Beaujolais region. The 20 acres of Gamay vines are located on the southern slopes in the prestigious climats of Morgon: Les Charmes and Le Clos. Château de Mirande is one of the very few properties its size in the Mâconnais region and dates to the 11th century. The domain covers 62 acres, a third of which have vines over 40 years old. These vines are 100% Chardonnay grown in the clay and chalk soil of the Mâconnais region.

Who are we? Here in “Périgord Pourpre”, the Barde family practises the art of winemaking over their 60 hectares of vineyards, divided up as follows: 30 ha white wine varieties and 30 ha red wine varieties grown on wires that are staked in lines. This ancient abode to the west of Bergerac (30km) is a landowner’s home dating to the 17th century. On the mansard roof sit two splendid weathervanes marked with fleur-de-lis and representing dolphins. An excellent work-force means that many manual skills can be used: palissage, defoliation and sometimes cutting back when the growth is too great. The harvest is put into the press by using gravity only. The vinification is in a cellar on two floors where, again, using gravity makes it possible to produce elegant, subtle and smooth wines assuring the fine quality of our various vintages.

My white Mâcon was an instant success—lush yet elegant and accessible to all palates—combined with eye-catching labels that did the trick! 2006 saw the birth of our Saint Véran. The first vintage yielded a fresh young wine with an untypical note of very mature fruit. At the end of 2006, we started the construction of our new winery and in 2007 added a red wine to our range: Mâcon Rouge, which I'm convinced has a future in our region with well-nurtured and carefully selected grapes. In 2008 we took ourselves out of the cave cooperative and officially become Domaine Perraud, together with the completion of our new winery. By 2009 Domaine Perraud had acquired 25ha of vineyards. By 2011 we added a Crémant de Bourgogne to our range. Today, we look towards a future of careful crop control and a return to traditional wine production methods.

Who are we? Yveline and Alain Prat created their vineyards in 1975 thanks to a great entrepreneur, Georges, from the estate of La Chapelle. Having no children, Georges helped his nephews with great land and advice. His moto was “All the best things in life should be shared and enjoyed with friends”. Yveline and Alain have always followed this and so when creating an exclusive range in 2002, they gave Georges’ name to the Champagnes. For the last 3 decades they have focused their energy on finding the best vineyards for each grape variety, over 3 terroirs: Côte de Congy, Côte des Bars and Vallée de la Marne. The Champagnes Georges de la Chapelle are produced using the grapes from the best and oldest plots. The wide diversity of soils makes it a joy when creating the assemblages: so many different flavours to choose from and link together with a recipe: respect of tradition, love of nature and a touch of fun and modernity. Champagne Georges de la Chapelle, just share and enjoy with friends!

Who are we? The story begins in 1626, when Lord François de Baradat, the rich proprietor of a vineyard in Fleury-la-Rivière in Champagne and favourite courtier of King Louis XIII, was condemned to exile by Richelieu for romantic liaisons and for provoking the Marquis de Seguier to a duel. 12 generations of vignerons have come and gone, each enriching and enhancing the family secrets as they have been passed on from father to son, creating a subtle alchemy between the latest technology and the artistry of creation. In pursuit of its ambitions, the House of Marc lavishes the utmost attention on its grapes by adhering to strict procedures: a traditional style press for maximum control over pressing, no malolactic fermentation, a minimum of three years of ageing and the production of certain wines being limited to every other year so as to maintain the quality of the juice at the highest level. For the same reason the House of Marc uses only the first juice to come off the press.

Who are we? Their passion for vine-growing has led them to the elaboration of an unusual range, composed only Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay wines. This choice of a single grape variety comes from their instinct, their heritage and their senses. Their attraction for the aromas and the infinite possibilities afforded by the Chardonnay help them to produce this very special range of Blanc de Blancs Champagnes. They bear the noble status of Independant Winegrower of Champagne. At blending time, their guardian angel helps the couple to test the still wines and to decipher all the flavours and aromas. With the help of their oenologist, they progressively list and rank their future wines. Five cuvées, five hints of Chardonnay are thus separated. Contemplation, tasting, determination. They create Champagnes that faithfully reflect their union and their abiding enthousiasm... for Chardonnay!

Who are we? A unique history that covers nine centuries. A specific wine style in a specific Terroir. A recognized expertise. Fontfroide Abbey is a monument and a historical vineyard! At the abbey we produce and offer a broad range of seductive red, rosé and white AOP Corbières, including our multi-rewarded Cuvée Deo Gratias. Our IGP Pays d’Oc varietal wines (chardonnay and merlot), and an outstanding muscat sec are excellent values for money. All these wines share the same distinctive freshness which sets them apart, and have an elegant, trendy and colourful presentation. The abbey's vineyard is small, and yields are deliberately kept below the authorized limits for the appellation. We practice reasonable wine growing management, which means that we work in harmony with an environment where human being is primordial in the vines. This approach guarantees the highest quality for artisan wines.

Who are we? Château Coujan is a very old Domain: the Gauls were present on this site. They left us in testimony a Roman mosaic and a stone well in restoration. A preromantic Chapel (10th century) was set up under the Visigoth kingdom. The Guy family has owned this estate since 1868. Generation to generation we've been seduced by the beauty of the site, where vines, fields of olive trees and cypress bask even today, are giving a singular impression of sweetness. It is with respect for tradition and with a constant concern for quality that I have been dealing with the property since 1990. I grow a wide range of grape varieties aiming to match your expectation. Château Coujan is east of Saint Chinian. The vineyards cover 55 ha. The vines are located on hillsides at 140 meters and grow in a clayey-limestone soil, lying on a very rare fossilised coral island, former atoll of the Helvetian sea.

We found a small slice of great vines with a potential wine cellar / house in Murviel-lès-Montpellier and now have 11ha of grapes. We have been farming organically for the past 7 years and create wines that reflect on our own wine tastings, the food we eat and the soils we work. We have a white, 3 reds, a rosé and a sparkling rosé, made from indigenous varities, plus some top-grafted Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Malbec in a small experimental plot. Our wines are great as an accompaniement to good food, our white, rosé and sparkling rosé are excellent as an aperitif.

The purpose that we look for with the help of biodynamics is to have healthy vines capable of expressing our soils and having grapes the most delicious possible The grape being the main raw material to make true, meaning, expressive and healthy wines We have various plots of land thus various soils what allows us to compose blends corresponding to the various partitions which we want our wines plays. All the grapes are picked by hand and carefully sorted into small open crates. We make everything we can to have an irreproachable hygiene to have no defect in our wines and to avoid putting too much sulfites in these.

Dating to the 15th century, this ancient medieval building was transformed in a significant way during the 19th century. In 1954, Mr Achille ROBERT bought the entire property. Since that time, the domaine has belonged to the same family. In 1994, the 2 grand-children, Brigitte and Claude, took over the business. The 20 different grape varieties are spread over the 160ha of the estate, on 5 different types of soils. A well-proportioned and modern cellar allows all wine-making, from the most traditional one to the most technological. There are 4 ranges, IGP Pays d’Oc white, rosé and red. We are able to propose to our clients wines in bottle (500ml, 750ml, 1500ml) and bag-in-box (3L, 5L, 10L). The bottling is done by an outside contractor with his own bottling system for traditional cork or screw cap.

Who are we? The vineyard : 10 hectares, 10 varieties (5 reds, 5 whites). The vineyard was established in 2003, at St Jean de Fos (Herault). The philosophy of Mas Conscience continues to be centered on the concept of terroir. Mas Conscience wines immediately fit in the Terrasses du Larzac spirit: balance, freshness, and subtlety rather than power. We grow organic and biodynamic grapes, respecting the vine growing cycle, short pruning methods, green harvest, hand sorting and picking... We have chosen to work as close as possible to nature’s cycles. Our wines are traced from respective blocks of vines to the bottle: the grapes from each block are fermented separately to produce a cuvee. Therefore, we can achieve the ultimate quality from each block and variety. Our wines have personality, primary fruit flavours, subtle tannins and above all freshness from the Terrasses du Larzac climate.

Who are we? Blanville Vineyards is the child of Béatrice and Bernard (B&B) Nivollet's passion for high-quality wines and of their falling in love with the Languedoc region. The vineyards are built from a great deal of diverse parcels selected and grouped by B&B based on a very meticulous terroir identification. For more than 17 years, B&B Nivollet have structured their portfolio of vineyards to value the terroir diversity of their vines. Following the cultural principles known as « lutte raisonnée » the vineyards have been cultivated with a unique goal : a perfect match between a specific grape and the corresponding terroir. All tasting feedbacks by highly regarded professionals converge to characterize Blanville wines as powerful in scent, with a soft taste, a lot of finesse yet architectured around a solid structure, and gifted with a steady mouth. Splendid wines, of a finesse rarely matched to in Languedoc.

Brother and sister Jerome and Noemie, both wine enthusiasts, are following in their parents' footsteps and they actively take part in developing the production and creation of new cuvees. Throughout years and generations passion for the wine trade has been greatly contributing to preserve the know-how surrounding the production and the creation of great wines. Furthermore, Domaine des Tilleuls relies on sustainable farming to preserve the environmental heritage. While all wines benefit from the minerality stemming from the gentle rolling hills of schist and clay and silt soils of the 30-hectare vineyard, they each have their own uniqueness and character. Besides they aged on lees which gives them elegance and freshness.

The Domaine has recently been bought by Mr Claude Vagnon and his family. Virginie and Francois Prinsloo are now running the wine estate. Virginie is a french oenologist and Francois, her husband, is a South African winemaker. The 26 hectares of the estate are classified AOP and are situated on two hillsides of different soils (turonian and jurassic : limestone and clay with flint). The specific characteristics of these terroirs can be found in the wines produced. The Domaine du Vieux Pressoir is renowned in the Saumur region for the high quality of the wines produced.

Who are we? My domain is a family exploitation that has carried its appellation for several generations. My vines cover a surface of 18 hectares. To grow my vines and produce my wine I have chosen to combine tradition and technology. At any time in history, each generation has to grant its contribution to the know how of the profession. My vines are established on parcels of sand intermingled with gravel. Their orientation makes it possible to benefit from ideal sunlight. The combination of these natural elements provides an excellent maturation of the grape. I established myself in an old entirely restored Berrichonne farm. It is here, in these grounds full of history where my most important concern is to produce a great quality wine that will best reveal the nature of my domain. To achieve distinction, the cellar has the advantage of highly qualified equipment such as pneumatic pressing, thermos-regulated stainless steel vessels and air-conditioned storage.

Who are we? Attilon is an organic estate close to Arles, in Provence, on the Rhône banks, at the foot of « Camargue », a famous natural region (Western Europe’s largest river delta). Wine has been grown on this ancient property since the 17th century. Passionate winemakers, Odile and Renaud de Roux have constantly worked over many years, producing organic wines which respect great nature balances. Our vineyard has been organic since 1983, with different grape varieties: Merlot, CabernetSauvignon, Marselan, Caladoc, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and our recently new variety: Pinot Noir (for red and rosé). Our wines get the denomination IGP Méditerranée. Thanks to the strong wind (Mistral), the exceptional amount of sunshine and little rainfall, we produce fresh rosé wines, aromatic and floral white wines, and depending on the grape varieties used, either full bodied and deep or lighter and fruity red wines. Most of them are awarded.

Who are we? High up between Estérel and St Tropez, Château Font du Broc is in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The domain extends over 100 hectares with horses, vines and olive trees on the land. It is hard to believe when you arrive at the château as it is today that only 30 years ago there was just a small hut surrounded by millions of acres of scrubland. Today the owner Sylvain Massa lives in a majestic stone building surrounded by ornamental gardens with one of the best stud farms in Europe, an olive grove and a 30ha vineyard with a wine cellar fit for a king. It took 10 years of hard work to create this splendid vineyard, to install a state of the art winery and carve out the vaulted 12th century cellar 20 metres below ground level. Since the wine was first sold Font du Broc has firmly positioned itself as a high quality product with powerful and distinctive wines.

Who are we? The philosophy is to work the vineyards to produce wines that reveal the most typical expression of terroir. The work of the vineyard and wine making are driven by several principles : the search for optimal quality, patience, humility and sharing. In-plot, no herbicide is used, the work is done via an inter-vine. To optimize the quality we practice stripping and thinnning to obtain berries of quality and perfect ripeness. The harvests are based on the evolution of aromas in berries during tastings. Each plot and each variety is vinified separately to final assembly. We do not filter our wines or just to guarantee an authentic and natural wine.

Who are we? Upon the hills overlooking the Château de Duras, Mauro Guicheney's kingdom profits from exposure for the finest vines, most notably merlot. From their very beginnings Mauro Guicheney's family have always grown their vine with passion, know-how and the utmost respect for both tradition and the environment. 30 hectares of vines on the family property. This becomes AOC Bordeaux & Côtes de Duras. This has been in the family for half a century and since the 2011 vintage year their crop has been certified as organic agriculture. Didier and Corine Mauro Guicheney are both passionate about their vineyard. In 1990, they brought together the family farm, and work the land like their forefathers, working with their vines to bring out the beauty in their land. Success is on the agenda, each of the wines on offer are exceptional! The new winery, built to accommodate this first harvest, is equipped with all the modern technology, but it is careful and meticulous work that makes the difference to the quality of the wines produced
