The French Footwear Federation’s main goals are to represent the profession and protect their members’ interests in France and abroad; to support and promote their international presence and to showcase French quality and savoir faire.

In 1907, Théophile Rondinaud opened his own workshop, which became a small family-powered factory in the late 40s, specializing in the production of warm wool “charentaise” slippers. After a century of success, the company still manufactures the slipper that made them famous in France, but their range has considerably expanded to include colorful summer shoes. Today, led by the fourth generation, the company has completely integrated new technologies to adapt the production to the market needs, while carrying on the family know-how. All products are made in France, following techniques and inherited from the first generation.
