Who Are We? I was born in a wine family and my wedding with a Charentais made it clear that I would deal with Cognac some days and I decided to create the MCT brand. Our vineyards are located west of the Cognac region. Along with barrel aging, this results in high quality estate grown Cognacs. While aging our Cognac gains depth of flavor, complex characteristics and aromas. Our Cognacs are best enjoyed in cocktails or cherished and aged for the future. Dedicated and passionate, we farm 27 hectares, guaranteeing that every single one of our Cognacs is produced solely from grapes grown within our own vineyards.

Type of product: Rum Importer/distributor: none Areas of export: France, Canada, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Europe Annual production: 200,000 L Export turnover: 300,000 €

Who Are We? Marie Galante, the island of 100 mills, has always been “The cane island”. Rhum Bielle distillery was founded at the end of the 19th century, and still produces traditional Agricole rum with pure sugarcane juice. The manufacture of sugar, which has become obsolete in small «sucrottes», has given way to rum distilleries. Yet, Bielle is the only rum production unit in the Caribbean that complies with environmental regulations, using a natural way to treat its residues: phytoremediation. The “vinasses” (residues) are poured in a natural pond rich in organic sponges that absorb the residues and treat them completely and naturally through evapo-transpiration.

Type of product: Rum Punch (rum with tropical fruit) Importer/distributor: none Areas of export: Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, France Annual production: 15,000 bottles Export turnover: 50,000 â‚Ź

Who Are We? Founded in 2004 by two sisters and their mother, Mabi crafts original and authentic Rum punches. A subtle blend of exotic fruit, native rum and sugar cane, Mabi rum punches emerge from a lengthy maceration process. The fruit is carefully selected and picked at its prime, yet unaltered to ensure optimal preservation of its flavors and aroma when plunged into alcohol. When deemed necessary, the fruit is also cut to visually enhance the rum punches. While aging, the rum takes on an amber color and becomes liqueur-like; the fruit yields all its essence to the rum. Mabi rum punches are best appreciated slowly sipped and consumed with moderation.
