As a supervisor, you play a vital role in guiding and supporting a group of volunteers while overseeing a designated area at the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here are our expectations for supervisors:

• Punctuality and Respect: Showing up on time, being prepared to work, and treating everyone with kindness and respect are essential.

• Professionalism: Always maintain a professional demeanor in your interactions and responsibilities.

• Reporting: You’ll need to write a report detailing the activities and outcomes of the supervised area.

• Comfort with Scheduling: Being comfortable with scheduling and managing teams is important for this role.

We encourage volunteers of all ages and abilities to participate in our program.

I really enjoyed being part of a special festival with other volunteers who love talking to interesting people and reading. I can’t wait to see my old friends again and make new ones.

I came to the Festival as a volunteer, hoping to gain experience, but I left with so much more – new friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deeper appreciation for Indonesian cuisine. Can’t wait to do it again!
