Description Monitoring of the EU funded and co-funded programmes and projects in the countries of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). This entails assessment of the projects according to five criteria: relevance and design, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability; as well as horizontal and crosscutting issues (human rights, gender, good governance, and environment). Performed on-going and ex-post monitoring for the projects in different areas: health, human rights, social services, migration, judicial, trade, development, NGOs and others.
