Celebrating World’s Environment Day

05 June 2021 | Pakistan is tremendously susceptible to the impacts of climate change, stemming from its reliance on climate-sensitive sectors, including agriculture, water, and natural resources. To this end, immediate Climate action is required by stepping-up efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to strengthen the resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-induced impacts. Supporting this cause, the Local Empowerment, Advocacy and Development (LEAD) for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Localisation in Pakistan (LEAD4SDGs) celebrated the environment day on June 5, 2021 with full zeal and enthusiasm.
