News from Secretariat UCLG ASPAC Secretariat in Jakarta warmly welcomed new members who will support the Secretariat Team to deliver its works in Asia and the Pacific in the region.

ALDRIN Chandra Rusdiyanto, or Chandra, is the Executive Assistant to UCLG ASPAC Secretary General. Holding Master degree in Public Administration from Zhejiang University (China), Chandra has served as Private Secretary to the Ambassador, and concurrently as Administrative Officer, at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). Besides, he served as Information, Socio-Culture Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). Joining UCLG ASPAC, Chandra has brought along his skills and experience that would help leverage the impacts of UCLG ASPAC’s work. Having interest diplomacy, and reading, Chandra is looking forward to the opportunities to develop his profession and learn more about international cooperation.


VIDYA Kartika, or Vidya, joins UCLG ASPAC as field officer of LOCALISE SDGs Programme. Having bachelor degree in Social Welfare from the University of Indonesia, Vidya has strong interest in social developmental issues. Prior to UCLG ASPAC, Vidya supported Indonesia Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) for three years by conducting monitoring and evaluation, reporting and providing analysis of policies related to poverty alleviation and social welfare. Vidya had also worked with the Global Peace Foundation Indonesia as project coordinator to strengthen the capacity of school elements. Vidya, a millennial who loves cooking, baking, hanging out, and playing ukulele, expects that her journey with UCLG ASPAC can give her valuable working experience and professional networks. ISABELLA Revina Wibowo, or Bella, is an intern of the Communications and Member Services Division. Bella assists in various activities, including coordination and communication with members and partners. She also assists research for members’ need assessment, updates database of members, and prepares materials for publications. Graduating from Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, Indonesia, Bella holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations. During her internship, Bella aims to gain an in-depth knowledge on international development projects. She would also like to get involved in collaborative and cross-cultural efforts. Bella is keen to focus her career on intercultural competence and international development. During her free time, Bella reads, explores the city, and has warm conversations with people.
