Noirwich Crime Writing Festival The region’s largest annual celebration of crime writing returns in September with a programme of in-person events at the University of East Anglia, the city centre and online with writers’ workshops. Now in its ninth year, Noirwich is a crime writing festival that interrogates the way we live now through this rich and multidimensional genre.
