Your UHCC continues to strive to better serve you— our members & business community! Over the last year, you have witnessed a change in our luncheons with an educational piece inserted into each networking luncheon. The UHCC team continues to work to meet your needs with our community partnerships with the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, Alpha Media, Key Bank, the Small Business Development Center at Salt Lake Community College- Miller Campus, and Arches Health Plan. You will see more of us on radio, tv and social media platforms. Stay tuned for more information on how we can continue to help you reach your business goals! Each year we see changes in leadership with a number of board members who are cycling off the board. Our 2014-2015 Chair, Juancarlos Judd, has transitioned into the Past Chair position, and we are truly grateful for all of his dedication and hard work. I have assumed the role of Chair for the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Recently elected, Alex Guzman has stepped in as Vice Chair. Our executive committee is comprised of Jorge Dennis as Secretary, Ascension (JR) Vera as Treasurer, and Mark Flores as UHCC General Counsel. These individuals and the entire board of directors are committed to creating a vision for a successful and beneficial chamber for the Utah business community. We thank you for your continued support through our tremendous growth. We continue to be led by our mission — To provide leadership, opportunities for economic growth, professional development and community involvement for our business community. Once again, this is your Chamber and we cannot do our work without you, our greatest asset. Thank you! Sincerely, David Utrilla Chair of the Board of Directors
