We are also a world leader in the field of metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) with machines that produce parts from metal powder. Our healthcare technologies are helping within applications such as craniomaxillofacial surgery, dentistry, neurosurgery, tissue and biofluid analysis. These include engineering solutions for stereotactic neurosurgery and the supply of specially configured metal additive manufacturing systems for medical and dental applications. We have 80 offices in 36 countries, with over 4,500 employees. Around 94% of sales are derived from exports and our major markets are the USA, China, Germany and Japan. The majority of our R&D and manufacturing is carried out in the UK.
