Located south of the center, These homes and businesses act as a link: Between the city centerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s pedestrian passage and the Rhine. It must allow the transition between two zones: A very high density in the center of the city facing a very low density on the banks. The boundary between these two zones is exacerbated by the transversal road of the urban project.

How to push the limits of common space in collective housing? The

question of shared spaces in collectives houses

Each pair of houses is served by an open-air gallery. This shared space is divided by a mobile storage development. According to its disposition it creates various shared spaces
