Our Services Although our standard package covers all the basic essentials for a wonderful wedding, we also provide different bespoke services from a 360 Service, Day Management & Decoration/Styling to suit a diverse range of styles, needs & budgets. Our 360 Service: We are right next to you from the very beginning including the nitty gritty such as arranging all the documentation for the registration & ceremony in liaison with the Registry office, any additional paperwork, obtaining your marriage license, booking a beautiful venue, coordinating food and beverage services, stylish decoration, effective transportation, hair and make-up, entertainment from a musician to a magician, photography & videography etc. We make sure to have a clear communication stream that includes creating your wedding spreadsheets with costing, timelines, seating charts, table plans and so on. We will also be there with you on your big day from the ceremony to the love-filled celebration.
Day Management: Here we would jump in around a month before your wedding day to organise any loose ends - we will take over all the information from yourselves and create a wedding book with all of the important details and a mood board filled with your preferences of colour schemes and decor. We will coordinate with the vendors that you have already communicated and confirmed with, to ensure delivery is punctual and that all teams are aligned. We are present until your arrival to the venue. Then, if you would like us to stay for the meals service or until the first dance to ensure everything runs smoothly, that can also be arranged. Decoration/Styling: We pride ourselves on our creative ability to transform your wedding venue from your dream mood board into a beautiful reality. We can assist you with colour schemes, floral decoration ideas and lessons learned from our expertise - our goal is to take your vision and decorate accordingly. From the flowers, candles, accessories, etc. we are at your service to create your perfect day.
