IMPLEMENTATION OF SMART COFFER FOR KEY MANAGEMENT.

This document describes the criteria and design process under which an intelligent key management coffer was made, the device was built with the intention of providing an alternative to trace the events associated with each use of the keys that are handled. in a complex with a high number of locks, additionally, it has a 2FA (Two-factor authentication) method for access control with which it is intended that the end user and person responsible for the keys have the security of knowing who, how and when each key was taken, thus allowing the traceability of events to be maintained over time with the integration of a database. Without neglecting the digital component of the system, in which the information registered for each operation in the database is managed and organized through a web page. The final prototype whose dimensions are 40 x 40 x 20 cm has an integrated camera with the ability to perform biometric authentication, which corresponds to facial recognition by means of artificial intelligence, additionally a series of peripherals with control by means of a controller. for its automatic manipulation and also has the possibility of detecting the state in which it is.
