The Essex MBA – Flexible mode of study • The Essex MBA can be undertaken • Full Time (12 months) • Part Time (2 or 3 years) • On a modular basis (3 to 5 years) • To access the government’s Postgraduate loans scheme, you will need to enroll in the Part Time 2 years or Part Time 3 years programmes • Scholarships for part time students are also available and can typically cover half the fees

The Essex MBA – Application process • Online application • Interview by MBA Director • Application supported by a personal statement and a CV evidencing career progression • Your personal statement should address the question “why an MBA, and why now”, articulating how your MBA fits in with your personal and professional career development • 1 to 2 pages, structured and well written
The Essex MBA – your CV ▪ Starts with a statement of intent summarising who you are and what you’re good at, and where you see yourself developing into ▪ Summarises your career history, evidencing success ▪ Qualifications ▪ (Serious) hobbies or anything that helps us appreciate who you are ▪ Maximum 2 pages
