The School of Psychology at the University of East London has a longstanding leading position in postgraduate professional training. Our teachings span from traditional specialisms to new and pioneering pathways into psychological practice.

We have been offering professional training for almost 60 years and continue to lead the way in everything we do – from the areas we research to the courses we design. Some of our postgraduate courses are the only ones of their kind in Europe.

Our Master of Science (MSc) Humanitarian Intervention is included as one of the recommended courses of the Humanitarian Leadership Academy; a global learning initiative, facilitating opportunities to enable people to prepare and respond to crisis.

Minimum 2.1 honours degree, preferably in Social Sciences. We will also consider a minimum 2:2 Honours degree with relevant work experience
