Debi is a lecturer of Primary Mathematics Education at the University of Exeter, and a mentor on the teacher trainee programme.
Mathematics is all around us. It shapes our world – from plants to buildings, from the minute to the enormous. Throughout history people have been fascinated by number problems and used mathematics to explain, to predict and, at times, to bewilder and confuse!

In this workshop we will explore both the beauty and mystery of mathematics. We will consider aspects of mathematics in nature and explore some ‘magic’ tricks to amaze friends and family.
