WHAT WILL I STUDY? / Probability Build upon your A-level mathematical probability knowledge as you develop the subject of probability with applications. / Analysis Learn about the concept of proofs as you construct simple ones and develop an understanding of the fundamental concepts of limit, continuity, integration and function in mathematical analysis. / Linear Algebra Look at the methods and theory behind the solution of simultaneous equations as you develop your skills in solving linear problems using matrix methods and the concept of abstract vectors. / Mathematical Methods 1 Expand your A-level mathematical techniques, specifically the subject of differential equations with applications, in preparation for subsequent modules. / Mathematical Modelling Gain a mathematical foundation in support of subsequent modules as you learn to problem solve using a symbolic computing environment. / Mechanics and Vector Calculus Develop your skills to solve numerical problems and vector calculus as you learn about the principles of the techniques. Exact modules may vary in order to keep content current.
