Due to the large amount of pedestrian traffic, the region includes various religious sites. Different building functions, such as institutes, religious locations, public and semi-public spaces, improve the area's imageability. Many illegal parking places add to traffic congestion and mismanagement on city roadways. There are no main junctions, nodes, or corridors because to a lack of services.
The value of open public space at the city level cannot be emphasized. Within the plots of the Somaiya Institute area, there are a number of private open areas.
