CERTIFICATES In addition to earning a master’s degree from USC Gould, graduate students may wish to specialize their studies in an optional certificate program. Students enroll in certificate curriculum within their elective units and at no additional cost. Certificate coursework focuses on specific areas of law and allows students to gain a deeper understanding of particular fields. Business Law Certificate students may petition to enroll in selected courses at the USC Marshall School of Business. Entertainment Law Certificate students may petition to enroll in select courses at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and may also have the opportunity to extern at an entertainment law firm or studio.
