Justin Fluit, Golf Justin, a fifth year Engineering student from Cambridge, Ontario, led the Warriors to a Gold Medal at the OUA Championships last week in London at the Sunningdale Golf Club. Justin shot rounds of 73 and 75 (in tough conditions) to finish second overall individually and help the Warriors to a 13 shot victory over runner-up McMaster. He was named an OUA first team all-star for his performance. Justin is captain of the Warriors and has led Waterloo to two titles in the past 3 years.
Jaime Steedman, Golf Jaime, a fourth year Arts student from Brantford, Ontario, shots round of 85 and 87 in tough conditions at the Sunningdale Golf Club in London to finish fifth overall individually and lead the Warriors to bronze medal at the OUA Championships last week. The Warriors finished with a total of 540, behind Toronto and first place Western. Jaime was named an OUA first team all-star in the inaugural women's championships.
